🚀 Now hiring a High Pay CRNA for a permanent, full-time anesthesia position in a state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center in Muskegon, Michigan. This Top Paying CRNA opportunity offers a diverse surgical case mix, modern operating suites, and a highly collaborative anesthesia team — with NO CALL required.
Practice in a cutting-edge hospital featuring 20 operating rooms, dedicated heart and vascular suites, endoscopy rooms, and C-section suites. Manage both general and complex cases including cardiothoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics (trauma + elective), robotics, interventional cardiology, GI, ENT, pediatrics, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs or upcoming graduates seeking strong case exposure, flexible scheduling, and long-term career growth.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Deliver care for cardiothoracic, neuro, vascular, ortho, robotics, and GI cases
• Manage healthy pediatric cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR compliance
• Adhere to hospital safety and anesthesia protocols
Qualifications
• Active Michigan License (or willing to obtain) – Required
• DEA (or willing to obtain) – Required
• ACLS & BLS Certification – Required
• Recent NPDB Self-Query Report – Required
• Experience preferred; new graduates considered
Working Hours
• Mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts
• No Call Required
• Full-Time Permanent Position
