This Top Paying CRNA position provides a collaborative environment, advanced surgical exposure, and a supportive provider team. Work across 16 operating rooms, OB suites, endoscopy, and NORA sites while maintaining a balanced rotating schedule. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities

β€’ Provide anesthesia care for general and complex surgical procedures
β€’ Manage cases including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho/trauma, bariatrics, GYN, neuro, heart & vascular, OB, and regional blocks
β€’ Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
β€’ Participate in shared home-call rotation (weekends quarterly, weekday every 6 weeks)
β€’ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
β€’ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
β€’ Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

β€’ Board Certified NBCRNA (by start date) – Required
β€’ Active Michigan License (or willing to obtain) – Required
β€’ DEA (or willing to obtain) – Required
β€’ ACLS & BLS Certification – Required
β€’ Recent NPDB Self-Query Report – Required
β€’ Experience preferred; New Graduates encouraged to apply

Working Hours

β€’ Rotating Schedule (Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts)
β€’ Shared Home Call:
o 1 Weekend per Quarter (Fri–Sun rotation)
o Approx. 1 Weekday Call Every 6 Weeks (7P–7A)
β€’ PTO-protected call scheduling
