This Top Paying CRNA position provides a collaborative environment, advanced surgical exposure, and a supportive provider team. Work across 16 operating rooms, OB suites, endoscopy, and NORA sites while maintaining a balanced rotating schedule. New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Manage cases including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho/trauma, bariatrics, GYN, neuro, heart & vascular, OB, and regional blocks
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Participate in shared home-call rotation (weekends quarterly, weekday every 6 weeks)
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Active Michigan License (or willing to obtain) – Required
• DEA (or willing to obtain) – Required
• ACLS & BLS Certification – Required
• Recent NPDB Self-Query Report – Required
• Experience preferred; New Graduates encouraged to apply
Working Hours
• Shared Home Call:
o 1 Weekend per Quarter (Fri–Sun rotation)
o Approx. 1 Weekday Call Every 6 Weeks (7P–7A)
• PTO-protected call scheduling
