Work in a modern ambulatory surgery setting with exposure to diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Provide perioperative and immediate post-operative anesthesia management
• Perform airway management and intubations as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Maintain complete and accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in varied shifts with minimal call coverage
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required
• Minimum 2+ years CRNA experience (post-training)
• Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications
• DEA & Controlled Substance Registration (prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Current NPDB Self-Query
