Start Date: 5/4/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing assignment
Shift Details:
• 7a–3p
• 8-hour shifts only (ASC schedule; 10s and 12s cannot be accommodated)
• Monday–Friday
• No call and no weekends
Work Details:
• Full-time coverage needed
• 4 ORs
• No supervision — must be comfortable working independently
• Case mix: cataracts, GI, podiatry, ortho, regional
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements:
• Active Illinois license required
Credentialing:
• Approximately 2 weeks
Working Hours
7am-3pm
