ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Locum CRNA to provide full-time anesthesia coverage in a hospital-based setting. The CRNA will work independently in the OR, supporting a variety of surgical service lines with a consistent weekday schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced physicians and a strong OR team.

Dates / Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule

• 5 days per week supporting the OR

• 8-hour shifts

• 40 patient contact hours per week

• No partial weeks (must be available full Monday–Friday blocks)

• On-call opportunities available (optional, once trained)

Job Details & Responsibilities

Practice Setting

• Inpatient responsibilities at MercyOne Clinton (North Campus)

• Independent CRNA practice (no APP supervision required)

• 4 ORs, 1 GI suite, 1 OB suite

• 50–55 cases per week

• EMR: EPIC

• Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy available

• No telehealth or outreach

Service Lines Covered

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• GI

• Urology

• ENT

• OB

• No head or heart cases
  (Majority of cases are General, GI, and Ortho.)

Team Structure

• 2 Physicians

• CRNA practices independently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA (Required)

• Active Iowa CRNA License or Active Compact License (Required)

• Clean malpractice and background history (NPDB required within 30–90 days)

• Experience strongly preferred (new graduates considered)

• Must be able to commit to Monday–Friday coverage blocks
