LOCUM CRNA – Clinton, Iowa
Weekday OR Coverage | Independent Practice | EPIC
365 Healthcare is seeking a CRNA for a locum opportunity in Clinton, Iowa. This is a Monday–Friday hospital-based assignment supporting the operating room in a collaborative and well-established surgical environment.
Full-time availability is preferred. The site may consider providers offering less than full-time coverage, but availability must be Monday–Friday (no partial weeks).
Schedule Model
• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• 5 days per week supporting OR
• 40 patient contact hours per week
• Optional call (if willing, once trained)
• No weekend requirement
Practice Overview
• Hospital-based anesthesia coverage
• Independent CRNA practice model
• EMR: EPIC
• 4 Operating Rooms
• 1 GI Suite
• 1 OB Suite
• Average volume: 50–55 cases per week
Anesthesia services include:
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• GI
• Urology
• ENT
• OB
No head or cardiac cases. General, GI, and Orthopedics represent the majority of volume.
Practice Environment
• 2 Physicians on staff
• Experienced OR team
• Supportive and collegial working environment
• Certified Level IV Community Trauma Care Facility
This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent weekday coverage within a stable surgical program.
Qualifications
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Iowa CRNA License or Active Compact License
• Experience preferred (new graduates will be considered)
• Clean malpractice and background history
• NPDB Self-Query (within current month)
