Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- On Call: If willing, once trained
- Full time preferred
Clinical Details
- Inpatient Responsibilities, Support OR
- Number of Physicians: 2
- CRNA practices independently
- Number of Exam Rooms: 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite
- Volume: Typically 50-55 cases per week
- Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy
- EMR: EPIC
- Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB
- General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases
- No Head/Heart
- Support Staff: Experienced physicians and OR staff
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active IA CRNA License or Active Compact License
- Experience Preferred, but new graduates will be considered
- Clean Malpractice/Background History - No Settled/Pending/Dismissed Cases
- NPDB (pulled within the last month or within 90 days)
