- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
- Call: Weeknight and weekend call required

- Case Types:
- Location # 1 : 50% Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology
- Location # 2: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry
- Location # 3: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, GYN/Podiatry
- Location # 4: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, OB, Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural Heart
Requirements
- Active AZ license
- NBCRNA certification with at least one year of experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Case logs of blocks performed required
- Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and take call
- Ability to explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing
