- Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours
- Practice Setting: Medical Center
- Type of Cases: Adult and Pediatric Cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days
- Certification Required: Board Certified
- Licensure: Active Iowa license Required
