Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and OB Surgical Patients
Setting: Inpatient Hospital / Operating Room
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, and OB cases; independently manage anesthesia care; support 4 ORs, 1 GI suite, and 1 OB suite; collaborate with physicians and OR staff; manage approximately 50–55 cases per week; document in EMR.
Required Procedures: General anesthesia; orthopedic cases; GI procedures; urology; ENT; OB (No head or heart cases)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 Physicians; OR staff; CRNA practices independently
Days Per Month: Monday–Friday schedule (Full-time preferred)
On-Call/Weekends: Call if willing, once trained; No routine weekend requirement
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Iowa CRNA License or Active Compact License
- Clean malpractice and background history
- NPDB Self Query (within required timeframe)
