Join Our Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Charlotte, MI!

As a vital member of our anesthesia team, you'll deliver exceptional patient care across diverse demographics, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a facility that values precision, independence, and teamwork.

Required Skills:
  • Valid CRNA certification and licensure in Michigan
  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration within a surgical setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic
  • Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable managing a broad patient demographic, including pediatric to geriatric patients

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in Level 4 trauma centers
  • Familiarity with endoscopy procedures
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing with anesthesia specialization
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience
  • Prior experience working in a surgical or trauma environment

Other Requirements:
  • Must complete Epic EMR training prior to start; waiver options available for experienced practitioners
  • Must pass a physical and a 5-panel drug screen within 30 days of assignment (reimbursements not included)
  • Willingness to accept sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future assignments
  • Able to travel to and from the facility as needed
