A major healthcare system in Pittsburgh is actively seeking 4 experienced CRNAs (FTE need) to join a high-acuity hospital-based anesthesia team. This opportunity offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling (minimum 2 days per week) with 12-, 14-, and 16-hour shift options.
Ideal for seasoned CRNAs with 5+ years of experience, this role provides exposure to complex surgical cases within a collaborative, team-oriented anesthesia model. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania license and meet credentialing requirements.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Develop and execute anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Maintain precise and timely anesthesia documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license – Required
• Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience – Required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Must meet employment screening requirements
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges
Working Hours
• Minimum 2 days per week option
• 12-hour, 14-hour, or 16-hour shifts
• Start upon completion of credentialing
