Clinical Role:
A busy Level II Trauma hospital in Muskegon, Michigan is seeking four full-time CRNAs for ongoing locums coverage. This is a high-volume, hospital-based opportunity within a medical direction care team model. Weekday coverage is the primary need.

Start: ASAP – Ongoing
Providers Needed: 4 Full-Time CRNAs
Availability Requirement: Must be available for full-time coverage (minimum 3 full weeks per month) – no exceptions

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

  • 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (limited need)

• 30-minute unpaid lunch applies unless otherwise noted on signed timesheet

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based

• Medical direction care team model

• EMR: Epic

• Trauma Level II

• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Facility & Volume:

• 20 operating rooms

• 6 endoscopy suites

• 3 minor procedure rooms

• 80–100 surgical cases per day

Case Mix:

• Orthopedics

• GI

• Vascular

• GYN

• Neuro

• Ortho trauma

• Acute trauma

• ENT

• Healthy pediatrics

• Robotics

• Wide variety of general and complex cases

• All ages; must be comfortable with pediatric patients

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA required

• Active Michigan license or Compact license required

• Must commit to full-time coverage
