The role involves working within a medical direction care team model, focusing primarily on weekday coverage. With a wide variety of cases, from orthopedic to complex trauma, this opportunity promises a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens - Setting: Hospital - Start Date: ASAP - Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional weekends as needed - Patient Population: All Ages - Location: Muskegon, MI - Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

Job Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgeries, including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, vascular, gynecology, neurology, and traumatology. - Administer anesthesia to all age groups, including healthy pediatric patients, in alignment with the medical direction care team model. - Participate in a variety of cases, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications - Board Certified as a CRNA - Active Michigan License or Active IMLC LOQ - Availability for full-time coverage, at least three full weeks per month - Self-Query NPDB report from the last month is required

Working Hours - Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to either 3:30 PM or 5:30 PM - Weekend shifts as needed from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - 30-minute unpaid lunch breaks apply

Skills - Proficiency in managing anesthesia across a wide spectrum of procedures and patient demographics - Comfort with pediatric cases and complex surgeries - Strong communication and teamwork abilities within the medical direction care team model
