Job description
A hospital-based anesthesia team in Wexford, PA is seeking three CRNAs for full-time or part-time coverage. This opportunity offers weekday-only scheduling with flexible shift options and a diverse surgical case mix.
CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for orthopedic, general surgery, healthy pediatric, and select trauma cases. OB experience is preferred but not required. The role supports a collaborative perioperative environment focused on quality patient care and efficiency.
Candidates will be considered from both within and outside a 50-mile radius of the worksite. Classification (inside vs. outside 50 miles) will be determined based on the provider’s primary residence.
Start date: Upon completion of credentialing.
Job Responsibilities
o Orthopedic procedures
o General surgery cases
o Healthy pediatric cases
o Select trauma cases
• Participate in team-based perioperative care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to anesthesia protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligible) – Required
• Experience with orthopedic, general, pediatric, and trauma anesthesia – Required
• OB anesthesia experience – Preferred
• Must pass 5-year employment gap screening – Required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills – Required
Working Hours
• Shift options available: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• No weekend requirement noted
• Start upon completion of credentialing
