Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) Needed in MI!

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking four full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for immediate and ongoing coverage. This hospital-based role operates within a medical direction care team model and supports a high-volume surgical program with a broad mix of general and complex cases. Candidates must be comfortable working with patients of all ages, including healthy pediatrics.

Dates & Schedule

Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Need: Primarily weekdays (minimal weekend need)

Shift Options:

• Monday–Friday:

  • 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

  • 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch (unless otherwise noted on signed timesheet)

Full-Time Requirement: Minimum of 3 full weeks per month (no exceptions)
Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days

• Hospital-based position

• Medical direction care team model (not independent practice)

• EMR: Epic

• Trauma Level II facility

• Average 80–100 surgical cases per day

Facility Resources:

• 20 Operating Rooms

• 3 minor procedure rooms

• 6 endoscopy suites

Case Mix Includes:

• Orthopedics and orthopedic trauma

• Acute trauma

• GI

• Vascular

• GYN

• Neuro

• ENT

• Robotics

• Healthy pediatric cases

• Wide range of general and complex procedures

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical population, including pediatric through adult patients, in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA (required)

• Active Michigan license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification (required)

• Must commit to full-time coverage (minimum 3 full weeks per month)

• Self-Query NPDB (completed within one month of presentation)

• Comfort with pediatric cases

• Ability to work within a medical direction care team model
