Job description
ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking four full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for immediate and ongoing coverage. This hospital-based role operates within a medical direction care team model and supports a high-volume surgical program with a broad mix of general and complex cases. Candidates must be comfortable working with patients of all ages, including healthy pediatrics.
Dates & Schedule
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Need: Primarily weekdays (minimal weekend need)
Shift Options:

Monday–Friday:
-
8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
30-minute unpaid lunch (unless otherwise noted on signed timesheet)
Full-Time Requirement: Minimum of 3 full weeks per month (no exceptions)
Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical population, including pediatric through adult patients, in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Board Certified CRNA (required)

Active Michigan license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification (required)

Must commit to full-time coverage (minimum 3 full weeks per month)

Self-Query NPDB (completed within one month of presentation)

Comfort with pediatric cases

Ability to work within a medical direction care team model
