Job Description:
- Number of Operation Rooms: 5 + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
- Practice structure: 1 MD, 4 CRNA (All Autonomous)
- Case Census: Variable, average 5-20 cases per day which includes Endo & cataracts.Anesthesia runs 2-4 rooms per day.
- Type: CRNA
- Dates: May 4th to May 29th
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Call Ratio: Up to 1 in 4: 1-2 weekdays per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
- Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.
- Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
- Licenses and Certifications: Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required?Yes, or approved exemption
- Reason for need: One provider’s PTO
