Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Locums Job in Arizona | 12-Hour Shifts | ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #113755
Coverage Needed:
-- ASAP and ongoing
-- Minimum of 20 hours per week
Shift Description:
-- 12-hour shifts
-- Two weekend days between May-August
-- Covering two locations
Requirements:
-- Licensed in Arizona
-- Must be able to commit to 3 months with option to extend
Assignment Details:
-- Level I trauma facility
-- CRNAs staff GYN, Spine, Ortho Trauma, General, Bariatric, Vascular, Peds, ENT, Colorectal, Neuro, Podiatry, General Trauma, Endo, Cath lab, and other offsite locations
-- No Hearts, OB, or complex vascular procedures like AAAs, Thoracic, and Liver/Lung/Heart transplants
-- Initially, CRNAs will spend approx. 60-65% of their time supporting these offsite locations
-- Privileging timeline approximately 30-45 days with active AZ license and clean file
