- Mandatory Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00–3:00
- Full-time only (minimum 2 weeks of 5/8 shifts per month for PRN)
- No call / no weekends
- Must reside 50 miles or more away
- Candidates will be cross credentialed
- Rotating between - Surgery Center 1-2 days a week. Hospital 3-4 days a week
- Types of Cases: Surgery Center: 100% Ortho.
- Hospitals: Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro
- Average monthly cases across all sites: 4700–5800
- Required procedures: Spinal
- Majority case type: Gen Surgery, Ortho
- CRNAs: 59
- MDs: 41
- EMR: Surgery Center: SIS, Hospital: Cerner
- Orientation: 1-day onsite for hospitals
- Active Florida License (Required)
- Must have open availability
- ACLS & BLS certifications (Required)
- Board Certified
