We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our premier healthcare team. Required Skills:
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proven experience in providing anesthesia in a surgical setting
- Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts (4-10s or 5-8s)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Reliable and able to commit to 3-4 weeks full-time availability per month
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric patients and healthy peds cases
- Familiarity with supervising anesthesia practices in a busy OR environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical schedule
- Excellent multitasking and clinical judgment skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Certification preferred but not mandatory for eligible candidates
Other Requirements:
- Full-time availability (3-4 weeks per month)
- No open heart surgeries required; site does not consider candidates without full-time availability
- No pediatric CRNA options at this time
- No call nights or weekends; schedule aligned with hospital operations
- Must be able to work with anesthesia techs and SCAs across all ages
- This position is supervised; no independent practice
- Scheduled hours: 5-8s or 4-10s with overtime after 40 hours; scheduled days Monday through Friday
- Starting hourly pay rate of $1.00 per hour; cap at $305 per hour (non-negotiable)
- No travel or stipends; lunches not covered
