What You'll Bring:
- Current certification as a CRNA and valid licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration, particularly in OB and general surgery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with a supportive team available 24/7.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Capable of managing a diverse caseload, including OB deliveries and general surgical cases.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in rural hospital settings.
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
- Experience with obstetric anesthesia and emergent procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a CRNA, preferably with OB case experience.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or around May 4, 2026.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to travel for licensure and certification reimbursements as applicable.
