Length: 13 weeks | Ongoing coverage needs
Employment: 1099
Setting: Critical Access Hospital (Adult Level IV)
Schedule
- Days: 7:00a–3:00p (M–F)
- Weeknight Call: 3:00p–7:00a (every other night)
- Weekend Call: 7:00a–7:00p (Sat & Sun)
- Weekend rotation: 1 weekend between each 2-week rotation
- Call response time: 20 minutes
- 8-hour/day guarantee – no exceptions

Practice Details
- All CRNA practice (no supervision)
- 3 ORs
- 2 providers during the day
- ~1,200 cases/year
- ~120 deliveries/year
- EMR: Epic
Case Mix
Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, ENT, General, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Skills Required
- Proficient in blocks, spinals, epidurals
- Comfortable with ultrasound
- NBCRNA required
