We are excited to share key updates for this high-paying CRNA locums' opportunity with the Anesthesia Institute at in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

🚨 Important Updates:

• ✅ Local candidates (within 50 miles) are now being considered

• ❌ Candidates previously employed (W2) with AHN in the past 5 years are NOT eligible

• ⭐ Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience required

• 🎯 Candidates must be comfortable handling all required case types

• 📞 will conduct an initial screening prior to interview

📍 Facility Overview

• 289-bed hospital

• 12 ORs + 8 offsite locations

• 2 OB units

• Supervision model (1:3 ratio)

• MD support 1:3

• EMR: EPIC

• CRNAs only (No AAs in Pennsylvania)

Secondary privileging at Jefferson or southern AHN locations.

🗓 Schedule & Coverage

• Start Date: ASAP (once credentialed)

• Credentialing: 6–8 weeks (expedited possibility)

• Shift Options: 12s, 16s, or 24-hour night shifts

• Must be flexible to work weekly schedule at client’s discretion

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• ❌ No call required

🕒 Minimum commitment:

• 2 days per week OR

• 2 weeks per month

Full-time strongly preferred.

🩺 Case Mix

🌙 Night shifts primarily include:

• OB (majority of cases)

• General

• Orthopedics

• ENT

• Neuro

• Urology

• GI

Providers must be comfortable managing OB-heavy nights with occasional additional case types.

💰 Compensation

Hourly Inclusive Model

🏠 Within 50 miles: $225/hr

• AHN covers parking only

✈️ Outside 50 miles: $265/hr

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years CRNA experience

• Active Pennsylvania License (preferred)

• Will consider licensing candidates with long-term availability

• ACLS & BLS required

• PA Child Abuse clearance required

• Must meet all AHN eligibility guidelines
