We are seeking CRNA for a high-acuity, medically directed anesthesia practice in a busy, well-supported hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs comfortable managing a broad scope of cases in a collaborative anesthesia care team model.

• 5x8s

• 4x10s

• 2x8s + 2x12s

• Monday – Friday rotation

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

🏨 Facility & Practice Details

• 14 Operating Rooms

• OB services

• EP Lab

• 2 GI Labs

• Offsite anesthesia coverage

• Anesthesia Model: Medically directed

• Supervision Ratio: 1:2 – 1:4 depending on case complexity

🩺 Case Mix

CRNAs must be comfortable with a wide variety of cases including:

• General “bread & butter”

• Orthopedics

• Endoscopy

• Vascular

• Heads

• Hearts

• High-acuity cases

This is a great opportunity for providers who enjoy maintaining a broad and advanced skill set.

💰 Compensation

Hourly Inclusive Model

• 🏠 Inside 50-mile radius: $220/hour (non-inclusive)

• ✈️ Outside 50-mile radius: $250/hour (travel included)

📋 Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania CRNA License (required)

• ACLS & BLS certifications

• PA Child Abuse clearance (required for licensure)

• Full-time commitment strongly preferred

• Part-time candidates considered if presented as a package
