Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Lexington, SC
Shift: Flexible schedule — 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s (No Call Required)
Start Date: 04/13/2026

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia coverage for general surgery, GYN, orthopedic, urology, and vascular cases within a medical direction care team model
EMR System: Epic (preferred)
Department Structure: Large anesthesia team with 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists; coverage across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, and additional anesthesia sites
Travel Expectations: Rotation to ambulatory surgery centers approximately once weekly
On-Call/Weekends: No call required

Submission Requirements:

  • NBCRNA Board Certification
  • Active South Carolina License or Compact License
  • DEA required
  • ACLS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • PALS Certification
  • Minimum 3 years CRNA experience
  • Epic charting experience preferred
