Job description
Hi I have a strong CRNA opportunity in South Carolina offering flexible scheduling options, a large and well-supported anesthesia department, and the chance to rotate through multiple ambulatory surgery centers within the system.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
Hours: 40-hour workweek
Important: Only considering candidates who can work every week—no part-time availability.
Role & Rotation Details
- Expect to travel to an ASC once per week (occasionally twice).
- If cases finish early at the ASC, providers will return to the main hospital to complete the shift.
- If cases finish later in the day, you may complete your shift on-site at the ASC.
Practice & Department
- Setting: Large medical center + ASCs
- Support Staff: Anesthesia techs
- Daily Volume: ~150 anesthetics/day across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, and more
- Patient Population: Adults 18+ to geriatric (very limited peds; travelers do not cover pediatrics)
- Department: 70 CRNAs + 15 anesthesiologists under a Medical Direction Care Team model
- Case Types: General surgery, GYN, ortho, urology, vascular (no regional/block skills required)
- EMR: Epic (highly preferred)
Equipment
- Glidescopes
- Alaris IV pumps
- Draeger anesthesia machines
Requirements
- CRNA board certification
- Active state license or Compact License (client is willing to license)
- DEA required
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Credentialing: 60–90 days
