CRNA Job Details – Indiana Healthcare Opportunity

• Location: Winamac, Indiana
• Employment Type: Locum tenens
• PRN Dates: Aug 17-30, Sept 14-20, Oct 19-25, Nov 9-22, Dec 7-13. Future dates TBD
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days (7am–3pm). 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• Call Schedule: 3pm–7am; OR call every night and weekend
• Hours per Week: 36
• Practice Model: All CRNA practice (no anesthesiologist supervision)
• Charting System: Medaxion

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Qualifications

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Indiana or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience in general anesthesia
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia blocks
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS (AHA required). Enrolled in the IN PCF. Must be NBCRNA certified
• Clear background and malpractice history for healthcare credentialing

CRNA Responsibilities – General Anesthesia

• Deliver anesthesia care for General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry, heavy Endo. No OB
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia blocks
• Participate in call coverage (average 2.5 call backs per month)
• Assist with difficult intubations in the ER as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Medaxion charting system
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team in an all-CRNA environment
