• Practice Setting: Hospital Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy Suite
• Start Date: March 1, 2026
• End Date: May 31, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday to Friday)
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $7,130 - $7,520
• Supervision: Independent CRNA practice with remote anesthesiologist oversight
• Average Cases per Day: 15
• Patient Demographics: Pediatric, adult, and geriatric
• EMR System: EPIC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

CRNA Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Board Certified by AANA
• Active Michigan State Medical License
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital or surgical setting
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred

CRNA Responsibilities

• Deliver independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures
• Perform minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia, spinal and epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, and local infiltration
• Manage anesthesia for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with registered nurses and surgical technologists in the OR and endoscopy suite
• Document all procedures and patient care in EPIC EMR
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality healthcare
