Position Overview
This full-time CRNA position offers broad clinical exposure across a wide range of surgical specialties in a high-acuity hospital environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and professional autonomy while supporting strong work-life balance with minimal call responsibilities. Obstetrics, pediatrics, and trauma cases are not included.
Position Highlights
* $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
* Develop and execute anesthesia plans in collaboration with care teams
* Exercise independent clinical judgment within established protocols
* Communicate effectively with perioperative staff to ensure patient safety
* Participate in quality improvement, education, and process initiatives as desired

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
* MSN required; DNP preferred
