Highlights:- Location: near Jacksonville, Florida
- Contract: Locum
- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Care team model: 1:3 or 1:4
- Case Mix:
- Surgery Center: 100% Ortho
- Hospital: Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro
- Coverage:
- Rotating between surgery center 1-2 days a week, Hospital 3-4 days a week.
- 5- 8’s
- Monday - Friday; 7am-3pm
- Call: N/A
- EMR:
- Surgery Center: SIS
- Hospital: Cerner
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Florida upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
