- Date: May 18th - 13 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time, 7a-5:30p; must be available 4 weeks/month; 4x10s preferred
- Practice Setting: Hospital, level 1 Trauma Center
- Patient Volume: 1-9 daily
- Case types: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro, NO heart
- Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: KY license (open to licensing), NBCRNA, 1 year experience
- Credentialing: 90 days
