- Schedule can vary in days/times depending on needs of the department and provider availability/preference
- Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, Healthy Peds, Thoracic
- Blocks preferred; not needed
- EMR and Dictation Tools: EPIC
- Requirements: Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters, AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, NBCRNA, MI License only
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days
