Float Pool
A hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking CRNA locum tenens coverage for a Float Pool assignment. This is a full-time, one-year contract requiring flexibility and experience in a high-volume anesthesiology department.

Coverage Needed: Full-time

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 4–5 shifts
Schedule Details

Schedule: 7:00am–3:00pm

Shifts: 5x8
-
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
-
Monday and Friday shifts are high priority
-
No consecutive days worked
-
Providers must be able to float
Practice Setting

Hospital-based anesthesiology department
-
Medical direction model utilized at this location

Providers will float across multiple service lines
Volume & Case Mix

Case volume: 60+ cases per day
-
Patient population: All ages
OR & Procedural Areas
-
20 ORs: General, Ortho, GYN, ENT/Eyes, Vascular, Thoracic, Heart, Neuro, Trauma
-
5 NORA locations: IR, EP, Endo, MRI
Equipment & EMR
-
EMR: EPIC
-
Anesthesia Machines: Dräger
-
Monitoring: Philips
Skills & Experience
-
Preferred experience: Hearts/Vascular, Neuro, Pediatrics
-
CRNAs will not be required to perform heart or lung cases at this facility
-
Minimum experience required: 1–2 years
-
No new graduates
Requirements
-
Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required
-
Active North Carolina license – Required
-
Willing to license for Compact license only
-
ACLS & PALS – Required
