Required Skills:
- Valid North Carolina RN license and certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience; no new graduates accepted
- Board-certified CRNA with ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float and adapt to different OR locations and departments
- Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines, Philips monitors, and EPIC EMR system
- Flexibility to work full-time, day shifts (7 AM to 3 PM), including occasional overtime after 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a case load of 60+ patients daily across multiple specialties
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cardiac/vascular or neuro anesthesia
- Prior exposure to pediatric anesthesia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active North Carolina CRNA license
- 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Willingness to license for a Compact license (no new licensing needed)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays (with 1.5x pay rate)
- No travel or additional reimbursements required
- Credentialing timeline of 60-90 days
- Must be capable of providing anesthesia services in multiple locations, including Moses Cone and NORA sites
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $202.80
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
- Competitive pay packages with overtime (1.5x rate after hours), holiday pay, and paid sick time
