Locum CRNA – West Virginia
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Charleston, WV
Shift: Flexible – 5×8, 4×10, 3×12, 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p; weekends possible (2–3 weeks/month, not weekends only)
Start Date: 04/06/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Position Details:
- Coverage: 40 hours/week (3 FTE)
- Patient population: Neonates through geriatrics, inpatient and outpatient
- Types of surgery: General, vascular, ortho, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy
- Practice setting: Main ORs (primarily Memorial), Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospital
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
- NBCRNA Board Certification
- WV License required (no new licensing accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum experience: 2 years
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Coverage Notes:
- Flexible scheduling once credentialed, based on confirmed shifts and orientation completion
- Must be willing to rotate among 3 hospitals
