CRNA Needed – Western Ohio Region
Start Date: May 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks; flexible extensions available
Schedule
Day, swing, or night shifts
12-, 14-, and 16-hour shift options
5×8s or 4×10s available for night or midday coverage
No call required
No weekends
Exact schedule determined by department needs
Practice Details
Acute care hospital setting in the Western Ohio region
Varied anesthesia case exposure (no OB or cardiac required)
Will consider new graduates
Open to part-time schedules
EMR used within anesthesia service (varies by department)
Collaborative practice environment with anesthesia care team model
Clinical Scope
Full-scope CRNA practice within a team-based model
Pre-operative assessment, anesthesia administration, and post-operative management
Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases across multiple specialties (excluding OB and cardiac)
Coordination with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
Completion of all required documentation within established timelines
Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Ohio license preferred; willing to license
DEA and any required state-level prescriptive authority
BLS (AHA) required; ACLS may be required depending on department
Ability to manage a broad general anesthesia caseload
Vaccination compliance required
Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days with an OH license; may extend to 120 days if licensing is required
Submittal must include:
NPI
State license details and expiration dates
CAQH login credentials
Any requested RTO
Any request for guaranteed hours (must be submitted up front)
Important compliance steps (must be completed within 14 days of contract signing):
Facility-specific fingerprinting appointment (must be completed first)
Drug screening authorization sent directly to provider; must be completed within 14 days
Application cannot begin until CAQH credentials are provided
Location
