Start Date: 4/6/2026
Pay Range: $230–$250/hour (contact for details)
HIGHLIGHTS
• Level I Trauma Center
• Day shifts only
• No call
• Academic/teaching hospital environment
• Medically directed model with MD supervision
• High-acuity patient population
• Travel available (with caps)
SCHEDULE
• Full-time preferred (minimum 3 weeks/month)
• Day shifts only
• Common schedules:
– 4x10s
– 5x10s
• Providers with availability of 3–5 shifts/week considered
• Some optional weekend 8-hour shifts (7a–3p) may be available
• No call required
CASE MIX
• High-acuity surgical cases
• Broad anesthesia exposure across:
– General surgery
– Trauma
– Other complex inpatient cases
• OB and cardiac not specifically required
• Patients range from neonates through geriatrics
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Large academic medical center
• ~900-bed hospital
• Level I Trauma designation
• Medically directed and supervised by anesthesiologists
• Residents and medical students present
• Strong daily support from MDs and CRNAs
• EMR: Epic (preferred)
REQUIREMENTS
• NBCRNA
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (no new grads)
• Recent Level I Trauma experience required
• Active Oklahoma CRNA license (willing to license)
• Active RN & APRN licenses
• DEA and OK CSR required
• BLS (AHA) required
• PALS required; ACLS preferred
CREDENTIALING / SUBMISSION NOTES
• Name clear required
• Credentialing timeframe: ~60–90 days
