- Other details: We are seeking a full-time CRNA for a 13-week contract, with flexibility to work 3x12, 4x10, or 5x8 shifts (Monday and Friday shifts are high priority). Providers must be willing to float between multiple locations and work in a variety of departments, including general, ortho, urology, GYN, bariatrics, robotics, and NORA procedures (no pediatrics). A compact state license is required, and candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience; new graduates will not be considered. Board Certification as a CRNA, along with ACLS and PALS certification, is mandatory. The provider will work with medical direction at each site, managing patients of all ages, with 60+ cases per day at one location and varying patient loads at the other. Providers should be proficient in handling a wide range of specialties, including hearts, vascular, neuro, and trauma, but will not be required to manage hearts and lungs at one of the locations.

Job Responsibilities
* Float between Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center as needed.
* Work under medical direction at each location, providing anesthesia services for a range of specialties, including trauma, neuro, vascular, and more.
* Manage patient care across different age groups, ensuring safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
* Handle an average of 60+ cases per day at Moses Cone and varying patient loads at Wesley Long.
Qualifications
* Active North Carolina state license.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of CRNA experience (no new graduates).
* Certification in ACLS and PALS required.
* Ability to float between multiple facilities and adapt to varying procedures and patient populations.
Working Hours
* Monday and Friday shifts are high priority.
* No consecutive days allowed; each shift will have a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
* Flexibility required to work across multiple locations as needed.
Skills
* Ability to manage high patient volumes, particularly at Moses Cone with 60+ cases per day.
* Proficiency with anesthesia equipment, including Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team under medical direction.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams and locations.
