• True independent practice with full clinical autonomy, practice the way you were trained
• W2 or 1099 options to fit your financial and lifestyle goals

• Balanced, diverse case mix including OB, general surgery, and orthopedics
• Experienced, supportive OR team for a smooth transition and efficient workflow
• Light call schedule (1:7) designed to protect your time and prevent burnout
• Teaching opportunity available with an annual CRNA student rotation
