Position Overview
One of our Partners in Minnesota, is seeking locum CRNAs to support its high-acuity tertiary anesthesia service. This opportunity offers day, swing, and optional night shifts, a supervised care team model (4:1), and consistent scheduling for providers able to commit to a minimum of two weeks per month.
Pay Ranking: Base provider pay ranks in the Top 10–15% nationally for locum CRNAs (2026 data), with premium call and overtime pushing blended earnings higher during extended coverage weeks.

Schedule

Shift lengths available: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours

Typical start times: 6:30 AM

Coverage need: ~36 hours/week, 2–3 weeks/month

Orientation: 3 days required (4 hours non-billable per system record)
