Locums CRNA Opportunity | Yakima, Washington (Willing to License)

A hospital-based anesthesia department in Yakima, Washington is seeking experienced CRNAs for a 13-week locum tenens assignment beginning June 22, 2026, with strong ongoing needs. This opportunity has a heavy emphasis on night and weekend coverage, a broad surgical case mix, and a medically supervised care team model.

Assignment Overview

• Start Date: June 22, 2026

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Coverage Need:

  • Full-time preferred

  • Will consider minimum of 2 weeks per month

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days

• Licensure: Willing to license Washington

Schedule & Shift Details

• Primary Need: Nights

• Night Shift: 12 hours | 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• CRNAs do not take call — all shifts are fully staffed in-house

• Must be willing to work nights

Weekend & Holiday Coverage

• Saturday & Sunday (including holidays):

  • 2 OR rooms – 12-hour day shifts

  • 1 OB room – 12-hour day shift

  • 1 OR room – 12-hour night shift

?? Night and weekend coverage is heavily needed
?? Providers able to start earlier may be considered if offering full-time night coverage

Practice Setting

• Care Model: Medically supervised, care team model

• OR Coverage:

  • 7 ORs in the main surgery department

  • 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center

  • 2 GI treatment rooms

  • 1 bronchoscopy room

  • 1 cath lab

Case Mix

CRNAs will support a broad surgical service line, including:

• ENT

• General surgery

• GI endoscopy

• GYN

• OB

• Orthopedics

• Podiatry

• Urology

• Vascular

• Robotic procedures

• Healthy pediatric cases

Surgical Expectations

• Cardiac

• Complete orthopedics

• OB

• Pediatric

• Regional

• Thoracic

Not Performed

• Complex vascular

• Head/spine

• Neuro

Case Volume

• Facility Volume: 40–45 general anesthetic cases per day

• Per CRNA: Approximately 3–4 cases per day

Experience Requirements

• OB experience is essential

• Pediatric experience is helpful

• No new graduates

Additional Notes

• All overtime must be pre-approved by management

• NBCRNA – Required

• Active Washington CRNA license – Required (willing to license)
