We are actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across a dynamic medical environment. Required Skills:
  • Board-certified CRNA with valid state license or valid compact license
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR and anesthesia equipment such as Draeger machines, Glidescopes, and Alaris IV pumps
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work consistently for 40 hours per week, including rotational shifts
  • Willingness to travel weekly to various outpatient surgery centers within the Lexington area

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with diverse procedural cases outside pediatric anesthesia
  • Familiarity with anesthesia services in ambulatory surgery centers
  • Ability to adapt to different shift schedules (5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s) and rotate between multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of hospital and outpatient surgical environments

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate-level degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or higher)
  • 2+ years of anesthesia practice experience in hospital or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold or obtain a DEA registration
  • Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days
  • Willing to obtain a compact license if not already licensed in South Carolina
  • Must be able to work every week with flexibility for occasional travel to surgery centers up to twice a week

This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay rate of $241.80, encompassing all travel and related expenses. Shifts are primarily 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (08:00 - 17:00), with potential for rotation across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia.
