Locum CRNA Need in Northern Arizona Needed for Long Term Opportunity
About the Opportunity
A healthcare facility in the Northern Arizona Region is seeking a Locum CRNA to support an autonomous anesthesia practice. This location is known for a strong medical staff culture, wide clinical exposure, and an environment where CRNAs work independently under their own board, policies, and contracting processes.
Schedule & Practice Details
- Independent CRNA practice model
- Monday - Friday; 4-10 hour shifts
- Some call required
- Broad case mix including:
- OB
- General surgery
- Pediatrics
- Podiatry
- Dentistry
- Ophthalmology
Licensing & Requirements
- Any active U.S. state CRNA license accepted
- Active DEA required
- Must have strong experience practicing autonomously
- Confidence and competency in managing a broad mix of cases
Credentialing
- Standard credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
- Temporary privileges may be considered if:
- File is clean
- No unexplained gaps
- All gaps are explained at submission
- Credentialing committees meet monthly
