Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Overview:
Join our dynamic anesthesia team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional perioperative care across diverse surgical settings. This opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding environment supporting a variety of procedures, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic surgeries, urology, and vascular cases. Required Skills:
  • Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
  • Ability to independently manage anesthesia for a broad case mix.
  • Proficiency in pediatric cases is beneficial.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work night shifts and handle high caseloads efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgeries and regional anesthesia techniques.
  • Familiarity with credentialing processes and hospital protocols.
  • Additional certifications in advanced anesthesia techniques.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and outpatient surgical centers.
  • Proven track record of managing 40-45 cases per day across various specialties.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work night shift (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00).
  • No participation in complex vascular, head/brain spine, or neuro cases.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentials within approximately 60 days.
  • Must adhere to pre-approval protocols for overtime.
  • Reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses when applicable.
