Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
- Ability to independently manage anesthesia for a broad case mix.
- Proficiency in pediatric cases is beneficial.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work night shifts and handle high caseloads efficiently.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic surgeries and regional anesthesia techniques.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and hospital protocols.
- Additional certifications in advanced anesthesia techniques.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
- Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and outpatient surgical centers.
- Proven track record of managing 40-45 cases per day across various specialties.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shift (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00).
- No participation in complex vascular, head/brain spine, or neuro cases.
- Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentials within approximately 60 days.
- Must adhere to pre-approval protocols for overtime.
- Reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses when applicable.
