- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or call shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- On Call required
Clinical Details
- Procedures: GI, General, Ortho, Uro, OB
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: CRNA only - no supervision
- Trauma Level: Adult III IV
Requirements
- Board Certified
- State License: Active Oklahoma license
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Experience: Experience preferred, willing to train
