Overview:
St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our expanding Anesthesiology team. This non-call role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties. You will collaborate with a team of experienced surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff in a well-equipped, modern facility.

Position Highlights:
- Hospital-employed role, Non-call, Monday – Friday, Days
- Diverse caseload covering general, orthopedic, and obstetric surgery.
- Supportive anesthesia team including anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs.
- State-of-the-art operating rooms with advanced technology and monitoring systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary - $265K - $275K (commensurate with experience)
- Competitive compensation package including base salary + sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients preoperatively and determine optimal anesthetic plans.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and stability.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize regional anesthesia techniques where appropriate.
- Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
Education - Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
Experience - Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
