ATC West Healthcare is seeking an experienced, independent CRNA to provide locum coverage. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position requiring regional block and OB experience, with participation in a shared call rotation. The provider will practice autonomously in a community hospital setting with a diverse surgical case mix.

Dates / Schedule

• FTE: 1.0

• Call Rotation:

  • 1 weekday call per week

  • 1 weekend call per month

• Weekday Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Weekday Call: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24 hours)

• Call Type: Pager call (not in-house)

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care (no physician supervision)

• Perform anesthesia for a variety of cases including orthopedics, general surgery, scopes, dental, urology, OB, and regional blocks

• Support a Level III trauma center

• Average 25 surgical cases per day

• Patient population includes all ages (pediatric through geriatric)

• Work within a facility featuring:

  • 5 operating rooms

  • OR staff of 4 part-time MDAs and 3 full-time CRNAs

  • Annual ER volume of 23,555

• Documentation system: Plexus EMR

• Participate in Michigan Medicaid/CHAMPS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AANA Board Certified CRNA

• Active Michigan CRNA license at time of submission

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)

• Proven experience with regional anesthesia and OB

• Willingness to participate in call rotation

• Enrollment in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS at time of presentation

• Clean background for expedited credentialing

• COVID vaccination required

• NPDB self-query (within 30 days) required at presentation
