Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a CRNA
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience or at least 1 year of independent CRNA work
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a surgical team supporting anesthesiologists
- Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with regional anesthesia techniques such as spinals and peripheral nerve blocks
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system or comparable documentation platforms
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures including general, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgery
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of CRNA experience in a hospital environment covering diverse cases
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- Must hold a valid state license; licensing process to be completed swiftly (less than 2 weeks for temporary privileges, 60-90 days for full privileges)
- Willingness to work a day shift schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM) on a 4x10-hour shift basis
- Travel expenses (airfare, rental car, hotel) related to this assignment are covered, with airports recommended in Pittsburgh or Harrisburg
- No DEA or CSR credentials required for this position
