Job description
-Independent CRNA needed at small facility in KY.
-5 Operating suites, 2 Endoscopy suites, 1 Urological suite
-Flexible practice and schedule.
-2 positions available: 1 FT position no call
-1 FT position 1:7, with 6-8 wkds and a total of 4-5 call shifts per month.
-We cover 1 holiday per year. Extra shift calls are available.

Job Responsibilities
-The case mix is general surgery, urology, ENT, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and pediatric dental.
Qualifications
-Certification: CRNA
-Experience: 1-2+ yrs preferred.
Working Hours
-Independent, Week of 3/2-3/6, 3/13, and 3/30.
