We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CRNA with us, you'll be essential in delivering high-quality anesthesia support for a variety of surgeries, including mitral clips, Watchman procedures, and common head and healthy pediatric cases—excluding obstetrics. This position involves working closely with anesthesiologists in a supervised capacity, supporting a robust schedule of over 24 ORs, and providing anesthesia care to patients of all ages.

This position begins on 04/20/2026, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00, reflecting our commitment to competitive and comprehensive compensation.

Required Skills:
- Active PA license
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (Board Certified or Eligible)
- Full-time availability (minimum 3–4 weeks per month)
- Experience in a busy OR setting with anesthesia support tasks
- Ability to work independently under supervision
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Knowledge of anesthesia procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with mitral clips, Watchman procedures, and head cases
- Familiarity with outpatient and inpatient anesthesia
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
- Prior experience in a high-volume surgical environment
- At least 1-2 years of professional practice as a CRNA
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active PA license
- Full-time availability for 3–4 weeks per month
- No travel, no stipends, and no pediatric CRNA options at this time
- This position is supervised; no open-heart cases or obstetrics requirements
- Note: Lunch hours are not covered
